All the threads and posts for the last few months appear to have been deleted, notably the Greenlight thread. Why?

Hello Old Gregg, it was probably my fault!
I am Gary T and i am the new Moderator , Damon allowed me moderation control so that I could stay on top of all the porno and generic drug sales SPAM. Am new at this and might have deleted more than I intended, sorry.

Good point, Gregg. I posted my dream list of RB3D upgrades which are viable, but it went "poof".

Just for posterity here is a summary. There were posts about how enthusiastic some folks were about a game coming out in November. I posted with a summary of the project history as I understood it and noted that it is has been a year since this project was announced and that it still doesn't look like they have progressed past the financing stage. Someone (Gary?) posted that there are good pictures and that I should have a little faith, with a great quote from Kelly's Heros. I responded with my own off topic quote from the same movie, and noted that the pictures were old and that unless someone at Mad Otter posts an actual status report indicating otherwise, I assume this project is stalled in the pre-financing phase and essentially, going no where. Swamp responded with an observation that some patches on RB3D would be a great idea while we are waiting (I now second that suggestion, but since it has been proposed so many times to so many people I assume it is going no where either).

That's pretty much where we left off. Since then, I noticed a reply on Mad Otter's Facebook page that the game should be "expected in 2015", but I have no idea whether that means it will be out in 2015 or whether we should just expect it.

Gary - good on you for taking the job on. There was a tsunami of crap inundating this forum and I appreciate your efforts even if they involve the inadvertent deletion of some of my immortal thoughts. ;-)

Thanks for the info, Gary. Are there many LE still flying?

Second part of the message was for LE Chouffleur. I don't fly ROF so I don't know who is still around.

Never played Fighter Ace. I have played OFF, which is a good SP game IMO, but has no MP.

Gregg - I know that Hawkeye and Kolman flew RoF as of a year ago. I found around 41 of the LE. Some had flown OFF but most had moved to other games or weren't flying.

How sad ... it was such a great community, so many great pilots and squads.
